Just a twenty-five minute drive from San Jose you will be in your own secluded paradise. The main house has 3 rooms, a master room with the best views in all of Cabo, San Jose and the East Cape and two smaller but equally comfortable rooms downstairs. The rear casita is situated on a four car garage and can be rented in addition to the main house . Since Casa Kash is a self sufficient and contained home (solar, propane and generator run) either myself or my caretakers Doug and Deb will be there to help you with the running of the house and any questions you may have. This house is great for a family get-away, multiple couples, small to medium sized weddings, surfers, divers/snorkelers and those who just want to get away from it all.
Everything in Casa Kash is first class! The house has central air and individual air in both downstairs rooms. Each room has HD Television and Dish network for all your movie and television needs. The master bedroom has a 42" HDTV, downstairs rooms each have 28" LCD flatscreens as well. The living room has a 55" HDTV and a state of the art surround sound system. The Pool area also has 8 outdoor speakers. Great for lounging around and parties. There is also wireless internet access so you may want to bring a lap top.

All appliances are 1st class as well which includes a microwave, Thermador stove and BBQ, large refrigerator/freezer and all of the cooking pots pans, knives and kitchen utensils that you'll need. There is also a coffee maker. A full size washer and dryer is located in the laundry room.
